Nutrition and Health Consultations

Includes a 60 - 90 minute inital consultation where we will discuss current health issues, symptoms and challenges. Whether you have issues with digestion, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, stress, allergies, supplements etc, I guarantee you will leave this session feeling confident and inspired to begin making the changes to regain your health and vitality.

After our initial consultation I will create your personalized program, that will include dietary modifications, easy to manage lifestyle changes, and supplement support where needed to help you can get started on making healthy changes immediately. We will have a follow-up session during which time we will go through your personalized program and rest assured that you will have support every step of the way.

 

Weight Loss Program

This program great is for all women, men and children regardless of your current weight.  You will be given the latest information to help you choose the best foods for your body type and lifestyle. This is an education based program that  will help you navigate the abundance of information that can overwhelm and confuse you…plus weekly food tracking, recipes and menu planning.

Using  the programs fundamentals I will design a personalized eating plan based on your goals, age, current weight, height,  current body fat percentage and daily level of activity.  You will receive education weekly to target lifestyle habits one at a time and you will be supported throughout the program to integrate the change that result in weight loss, improved body composition and enhanced health.

The program will consist of a free 30 minute consultation, one 60-minute program delivery and 11 weekly sessions of up to 60 minutes.  Sessions will include a weight and measurements, food tracker feedback and a weekly education session. Some of these topics include:

  • Eating on the Go
  • How to Read a Food Label
  • Navigating the grocery store
  • Making sense of Fats, Proteins and Carbohydrates
  • Stress Management
  • and so much more…..
